DoorInspec+ records passive fire protection work on site: fire doors, firestopping, walls and ceilings, and intumescent coatings to structural steel. Every asset carries its own evidence, every change is recorded in plain words, and the report goes out in the contractor's name.
Getting help
Email support@doorinspect.ie. That address reaches the person who builds and runs the service, not a queue.
It helps to include the name of the screen you were on, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If it involves a particular doorset, seal, wall or member, its reference is enough. Do not send photographs of anything confidential.
What to expect
Support is provided by one person, by email. These are the targets set out in clause 6 of the subscription terms.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. These are targets, not guarantees. We would rather state a target we meet than promise a response time we cannot.
What support covers
Support covers the service itself. It does not cover your devices, your network, or advice on fire safety, which stays your professional responsibility.
The app works without a signal. If you cannot connect on site, keep working. Records made offline are held on the device and sent when a connection returns. Nothing is lost while you wait for us.
Accounts
Accounts are set up by invitation after a demo. There is no public sign-up. If you need an account, ask the administrator in your own organisation first, because they add and remove people themselves.

Your data
What we hold and why is set out in the privacy notice. If your employer gave you your account, they decide what is recorded about you, so a question about your own data goes to them first.
